A fresh sea bass, when baked to perfection , is a gastronomic delight for all seafood lovers. Mildly crisp on the outside and soft & flavorful on the inside , this simple fish recipe is fully immersed in the flavors of zesty lemon , garlic butter and topped liberally with finely chopped fresh dill . While baking this , I have also added a large portion of the dill leaves in the sauce itself as it marries perfectly with the seafood and elevates the taste of the residue sauce by a few notches .
The feathery leaves of the dill enhance any white sauce , salad dressing , chicken dish or soup and makes an attractive garnish in any dip.
The best part ? This fish dish can be made ready in just about 15- 20 minutes . If you have guests coming over , you can serve this with mashed potatoes , steamed beans or with just some butter rice on the side to make it a complete brunch / dinner meal. I am a big fish lover and a fish dish is most of the times a foolproof option for me & this one being a true winner - I highly recommend you give it a try sometime ...:) #Happycooking
