Beavers Log ( Sweet rolls filled with molten Nutella , Sesame and Mint )

Weeknight cravings is always a righteous ask specially on ' not so' perfect days when devouring a quick and easy dessert is nothing but pure unleashed happiness . A Beavers log is that ' simple dessert' and much more . These rolls are wonderful and very versatile because you can practically fill them up with anything you like and move them from being simple and flavor packed crunchy rolls to fancy dessert accompaniments . Dusted lightly with powdered sugar or paired together with a no churn ice cream , these log rolls can be an absolute show stopper .

Coming to the steps of making these Beaver logs , I would call this more of a cheat recipe since I have used pre made dough sheets and assembled everything with a quick put together of all things good .

Things you will need ( Makes 10 rolls )

• 10 pre - made spring roll dough sheets

• Nutella

• Sesame Seeds ( lightly pan roasted )

• 01 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint

• Oil to fry

Steps to follow

• In a bowl , mix the sesame seeds and the fresh mint and keep handy

• In a chopping board , lay the dough sheet and slather with Nutella

• Sprinkle liberally with the sesame - mint leaf mix and roll tightly

• Fry in hot oil , drain and serve dusted with icing sugar / with ice-cream of choice.
