ree

This easy peasy tapioca coconut cream dessert is by far one of the most delicious tropical desserts on the block . Made with pearl like tapioca globules and thick coconut milk , this dessert is so simple that you can put it together as often as you like . It is also very elegant at the same time . You can serve it to your guests when ever you want something quick , stress free yet statement. This dessert is also my go most of the times because it satiates my sweet craving without having to do , well , absolutely anything ! You can get the creaminess from the coconut cream and risk no overcooking of anything or mushy end results .

I always prefer to presoak the tapioca and rinse it quite a bit to get rid of the starch . Once the water runs clear, I submerge and let sit undisturbed for an hour . Thereafter , its just a quick boil and a good soak yielding to a great dessert . Take a look and do give it a try ...

Happy Monday !
