I love making Pizza's with hand- made dough as it is quick , simple , super easy and delicious. Needless to mention , it is also most definitely , one of my top favorite go - to option's for a quick weekday dinner fix . Trust me , while making a dough at home adds just a few minutes of extra preparation time to the cook - the end result added with your favorite topping is really worth the time put together .
The best part of making a pizza at home is that there is no rule book to go by and you can make any kind of topping you want and also , choose the one you love most . If it is an all vegetable option , it is best to pre- saute the veges in the pan in advance and finish them off in the oven ( as different veges have different cooking time ) . It is also best to keep fresh green herbs like basil and arugula handy , as they make the best match to any form of cheese. While making pizza at home , I always add my herbs 2 -3 mins before i pull the pizza out from the oven - as the last minute residual heat , helps to wilt's the greens and brings out the best flavor in them and not overcook them , Also , a lot of people personally prefer the thin crust version , as its easy to devour and lighter on the stomach . The wheat flour in this recipe also make's it an wholesome , healthy and non - guilt option as well . Another necessary step in pizza making is also to keep the oven very hot , so do crank up the heat as much possible , before you toss in the pizza to bake.
Trust me , once you make this from scratch at home , you will not want it to come as a delivery ever again - with or without quarantine . Give it a shot ! # quarantinegoals
