Lazy Gourmet is for all of you who love good food but secretly hate cooking ! Also, to establish that sometimes , gourmet can also be just putting the right things on the same plate ..We will be tossing ( & barely cooking! ) simple things together & end up feeling the bravado ! Think good ingredients though, to make things shine - like best quality olive oil, tinned fish, seasonal fruit, nuts , cheese , dairy .. and some more. No complicated endless prep. Just delicious little combinations that feel fancy without trying too hard
Hungry boy —a pseudonym that came quietly, almost instinctively. After all, who better to name after , than the one who tastes every dish first ?
A space special to my heart , this blog stems from a deep passion for both food & photography - where every recipe is cooked, styled and captured entirely by self , driven by an eye for detail and a love for authenticity. Each dish is tried, tested & tasted at home & often backed with a familiar voice across the dinner table , giving the final nod !
